Kevin Kennedy has been providing high quality legal services in Texas since 1988. Kevin Kennedy received a B.A. in English from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio 1981. He received his law degree (JD) from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1984. Kevin was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1984. Kevin received a Master of Laws in Taxation degree (LLM) from Georgetown University in 1985. From 1986-1988, he served as attorney advisor to Special Trial Judge Peter J. Panuthos of the United States Tax Court. Kevin has been board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Tax Law since 1991 and in Estate Planning and Probate Law since 1992. Since 1994, Kevin has maintained an AV rating which is the highest rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. Kevin has been recognized as a Texas SuperLawyer since 2004. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2006.
